TEKO Demo is finally here!
The free version returns with more content than ever.
View game pageThe new version contains tons of extra content, so those who try the demo can satisfy all their curiosity, and finally decide if they want to get the full version. I estimate that, to complete all its content, you need more than 30 hours of playtime. Well, in fact, it's possible to play endlessly since the gameplay loop is complete and there are no limitations. It features 42 achievements/unlockables (THIS IS HALF OF THE FULL GAME IN ITS CURRENT VERSION!), but the player can keep playing even if they have 100% progress if they want to.
Finally, the Demo is high quality and represents the real game. I love it. Plus, you don't just play one Pocket. The Jean Pocket is available in difficulties 0, 1, and 2; and it also lets you try out the Hacker and Warlock pockets, two of the best pockets in all of TEKO.
Honestly, I hope this leads to a larger audience discovering the game. If you like the current demo and would like to support me, you could review it; that's very important for the visibility of indie games.
Besides having in-game unlockables, it also has Steam achievements. And, the demo's progress synchronizes with the full game, so players who transition from one version to the other will keep their perks!
If TEKO gets unlocked by Steam, I promise to do a lot of things. I'm so hyped. 'Unlocking' means when the game reaches a certain amount of sales, enough for many perks like showing up on profile showcases, unlocking trading cards, removing the 100-achievement limit, unlocking profile badges, emotes, etc. This is incredibly important for a game to gain more popularity because it shows up in more places on Steam. I swear that, if we manage to do it, I'll release a new extreme content pack. I was planning to add at least 50 new cards and 15 new pockets to the full version. How much is this? Like 1500 extra hours of playtime. Plus, I could finally create the trading cards, which I've been wanting to do for a long time. Well, you'll see. I hope things go well and we reach the most important milestone so far. When we get there, you'll be surprised, 100% guaranteed. Don't forget it.
There's a follower who has been a Patreon member for over 12 months now. In fact, he's the only one. Thank you so much Franmax3000 for supporting me for an entire year! I'll dedicate some subtle, subliminal content to you, a hidden element in TEKO, for being the first user to support me this much <3.
Steam had my Demo blocked for several days (the system prevented it from being published on the store page) and it also happened right as the weekend started (the platform's support doesn't work on these days), so it was a frustrating week. In the process, maybe some weird things happened. If you see any bug, let me know. I check everything.
I'm proud to be so communicative with the community. I never stay quiet, and that's why you get to know everything I'm doing, and thanks to the posts, people know I'm active. Without a doubt, I'll keep it up.
