Ultra graphics mode has been added for fairly powerful PCs. It's a mode without the VHS effect, allowing you to see the world around you in better quality. (WARNING: PCs with minimum requirements will not be able to run in this mode.) It's more reliable to opt for VHS mode if your PC isn't powerful enough to run it with ultra graphics.
