A fresh batch of testing keys has been distributed, granting access to the latest version 1.4 on Steam. This update brings new features and improvements, including the integration of Steam achievements directly into the game's achievement system, making your progress and accomplishments visible on your Steam profile.
Additionally, cloud save functionality has been enabled, allowing you to seamlessly sync your game saves and custom music files across devices, so you can pick up wherever you left off, on any device.
Looking ahead, our next milestone will be Steam Workshop support, opening up a world of community-created content and customization. We’re also excited to share a new build of the original Containment Breach level editor, specially created for fans who want to expand the game with their ideas.
If you haven't joined the beta community yet, there’s still time! Sign up to our mailing list and you'll receive a key when the next batch goes out.
This Saturday on Discord, we'll share a look at the rebuilt level editor with the original developer Josh Klint, as well as a live chat with Rich Digiovanni, who's artwork was used in the SCP-087b game.
We appreciate your ongoing support and look forward to bringing a faithful rendition of Containment Breach to Steam, along with community-driven content to extend your experience.
