Patch Release 1.1.3: Map settings and language settings

Fixes:

• When starting a new game, players are now again correctly guided through map selection first and game mode selection afterwards.

• Fixed an issue where players with a system language not among the game's supported languages (EN, DE, FR) would randomly end up with French.
