We are excited to officially announce Silent Stay Reworked, a major rework of the existing Silent Stay, coming to Steam in 2027.
Silent Stay Reworked is not a new game or a sequel. It is the original Silent Stay, being substantially reworked and improved based on our experience with the original release and feedback from our players.
The story and core identity of Silent Stay will remain intact, while the overall experience will be significantly refined. This includes improvements to the level design, storytelling, scene direction, horror elements, pacing, and other key aspects of the game.
Our goal is simple:
To make Silent Stay the game it should have been from the beginning.
We also want to be transparent about the reason behind this project. The original Silent Stay did not fully reach the vision we had for it, and we take responsibility for that. Silent Stay Reworked gives us the opportunity to learn from that experience and bring the game closer to what we originally intended.
The existing game will be updated with the Reworked version when it is ready.
Silent Stay Reworked will release in 2027.
