A Whole Lot More Cat!
This update is a big one! Cat Gunner now has nine additional languages, a major farm expansion, plenty of quality-of-life improvements, new achievements, and a whole lot of polish across the game.
Nine New Languages
Cat Gunner is now available in nine additional languages:
Vietnamese Traditional Chinese Simplified Chinese Japanese Korean Spanish Brazilian Portuguese French Italian
This includes menus, shops, challenges, modifiers, NPCs, signs, mini-games, loading screens, news, buttons, and much more.
Guns & Shop Improvements
24 gun models — Gun models have been updated again to properly represent all available fire-rate options, increasing the total from 18 to 24. New font — The game's font has been changed throughout to better support special characters and the new language options. Reworked Shop — Upgrade buttons have been simplified, and the shop now includes player and gun previews that update to reflect your upgrades. Gem Shop — The gem shop has been redesigned with a talent-style layout, leaving room for potential side branches in the future.
The Farm Gets a BIG Upgrade
The farm has received a huge expansion, with new systems, new characters, new ways to earn income, and plenty of quality-of-life improvements.
More Farming, More Income
The maximum farm level has been increased to 20, allowing for significantly higher passive income. Floating text now appears whenever you gain Farm Rating, making it easier to see which activities are helping your farm. Farm condition is now tracked, from Pristine to farms overrun with weeds. Weeds can appear over time, while tools can also become lost. Keep your farm maintained to keep it in the best possible condition!
Meet the Farm NPCs
Three new NPCs have moved into the farm:

Each NPC has five unique tips to help you make the most of your farm.
A Fresh New Look
The farm layout and background have been reworked, now featuring an ocean and clouds. Zoom areas have been removed. Some old signage has been removed and replaced with the new farm NPC system. Birds have been added to give the farm a little more depth and life. Statues and pedestals have been slightly reduced in size.
Farming Quality of Life
Seed bags now display the total number of seeds you own for that crop. A speed tunnel has been added to make travelling across the farm much faster. Seed bundles have been added to the Coin Shop, giving you another way to speed up your farm's progress. Challenge Coins can now be purchased from the Coin Shop, with a small discount when purchasing multiple coins.
Critter Mastery
The stable's critter system has also been expanded:
You can now catch up to 100 of each critter. Each critter has four variants to unlock and place on your farm. Each mastery level contributes to your farm's passive income.
Collect them all. Master them all. Become the ultimate cat farmer!
World Select & Combat Pets
World Select reworked — Worlds are now sorted by row, allowing you to move up and down through the selection. The layout has also been adjusted to work with the new font. Combat Pets — The Pet Shop has moved from the Mini-Games screen to World Select and has been renamed Combat Pets. Combat Pets menu — The menu has been redesigned to show pet stats and additional information, with full support for the new font and languages.
More Localization & UI Improvements
Player death and kill messages are now translated into the nine additional languages and added to the existing message pool, meaning you may see a mixture of English and translated messages. The entire UI system has been localized, including challenges and modifiers. All NPC types and over 200 tips have been localized. Boss-level celebration messages are now localized. All in-level labels and information signs have been localized. All mini-game text has been translated. Menus, news, loading screens, shops, and buttons have all been updated for the new languages.
10 New Achievements
Ten new achievements have been added:
Master one critter type Master all seven critter types Reach 400,000 Farm Rating Unlock Ultimate Power Complete 100 challenges Pick 100 weeds Collect 10 lost tools Defeat a Slime Wraith Defeat a Balloon Slime Complete the Nine Lives Trials
Demo Updates
The demo level now features celebrating NPCs at the end. An Elder has been added so you can try out the new Ultimate Move. All demo text has been localized. A language selection button has been added to the demo. Options page text has been reduced in size to accommodate the new font.
Other Changes
The witch voice line has been removed. The victory voiceline has temporarily been removed. Additional polish and adjustments have been made throughout the game to support the new localization system.
