Hello, Origins community!
Back in March, we released an article introducing our new event programme - the Creators Circle. We’re both impressed and grateful for all of our Creators Circle members’ hard work to date in all three Origins hotels, however, following a decline in staff-led activities we have placed faith in a new group of Event Creators to take in-game events to the next level.
THE EVENT CREATORS
Moving on from the Creators Circle concept, we’re introducing a group of official Event Creators, some of whom you will recognise from the Creators Circle, along with some new faces you might recognise from their events and games around Origins.
This programme aims to replace both the Gamer’s Arena (staff-led weekly games) and the current Creators Circle programme.
The Event Creators will be responsible for bringing you a variety of weekly games with multiple chances to win weekly rares and Champion Trophies, as well as larger themed and story-based campaign events (including global events) every month with credits, rares, and maybe even badge prizes!
MEET THE TEAM
As it stands, our current Creator Circle members will be wrapping up the programme throughout December, and we aim to enter the New Year with a bang and full launch of the Event Creators programme. In the meantime, meet the Habbos we’ve invited into the new team!
b0bba (Origins US - b0bbaEC)
I’m b0bba, a long-time Habbo Origins streamer and event host. You might know me for b0bba bingo, the Origins Steam Stream event, or simply seen me wandering the hotel in my purple cowboy hat. I run regular community games on stream and focus on creating welcoming, easy-to-join, fast-paced events that get everyone involved and keep the energy high. I’m excited to contribute to the new events program.
BobBarker (Origins US - BobEC)
Hi, I’m BobBarker, creator of the Fishing Derby chaos, the immersive world of Quackface, and far too many spontaneous one off events. Most of my projects begin as an unhinged 3AM thought and somehow become a functioning idea before I’ve had coffee. I am READY to channel that chaotic organized energy into the events programme for you all!!
Dovak (Origins US - DovakEC)
Hey Legends! It's Dovak. I'm just a random guy who loves hosting and organizing big events. You might know me from the events I've done since the start of Origins and the previous Creators Circle project, like build wars, building competitions, Streets Of Bobba events, Masterchef, riddle mazes, teleport mazes and many more. Get ready for what's coming because I'm planning some exciting things. Let’s have fun together and I’ll see you all at the events! Peace ✌️
Howl (Origins US - HowlEC)
Hello, Habbos! I'm Howl and I'm excited to take my events and community-building efforts to the next level as a part of the Events Creator team. Since the launch of Origins, I've hosted countless large-scale events to bring the community together. I'm particularly excited about this opportunity because I think the best events are developed through teamwork. My favorite events like DuckHunt, Rainbow Rush, Habbowood 2.0, and Luck o' the Irish have been a collaborative effort with some amazing people and I look forward to continuing to design events that are well-planned, clearly communicated, and most importantly... fun! It's going to be a wild ride. 🙂
Matthew (Origins US - MatthewEC)
Howdy! 👋 I'm Matthew - you might know me from some mind-bending events like Enigmas, from in-game discussions in soapbox, or from sharing the latest Origins news on X and Twitch. I love creating story-driven, community focused experiences that brings folk together - whether through live events or just moments that make the hotel feel living. Delighted to be part of the new Event Creators Programme and can't wait to share what's next!
Spidercides (Origins US - SpidercidesEC)
Hello everyone! I'm Spidercides, best known for running duckieWorld with Dovak, hosting the Quack Podcast, creating events like Squid Game and Survivor, supporting ProfessorOak’s Pokémon games, and streaming on Twitch/YouTube. I’m extremely passionate about Habbo Origins and always looking for new ways to bring exciting experiences for everyone to enjoy. I look forward to continuing to work alongside Sulake through the Events Creator Program. See you in the hotel!
Wilf (Origins US - WilfEC)
Wilf is my name, snatching wigs and splits is my game, so come on Mama Su, give me that crown! (That and also events and stuff).
DM-Avenger (Origins ES - DM-AvengerEC)
I’m DM-AVENGER, known for major events like the three Squid Game editions and games such as Dress to Impress. I was part of the first ES Creators Circle and created unique events like Professor Umeki’s Diary, Game of Dragons, The Trial of the 8 Planets, and even a movie-inspired Habbowood event. After a personal and professional break, I’m ready to return. I’m passionate about competitive games and aim to create immersive experiences with strong narratives and ambient music so Origins players can have a great GREAT time ♥️
dos (Origins ES - dosEC)
I’m dos, known for games like El Gran Reto Dos and El Perro Traicionero. On Origins, I’ve organized large-scale events such as Dragon Ball, and I was the second member of the Events Circle. I love creating games that make people laugh, bring the community together, and turn simple moments into memorable ones. My goal is always to build spaces where everyone can join easily and enjoy an authentic, fun experience.
Greg (Origins BR - GregEC)
Hi all! I'm Greg. Creating games, riddles and fun experiences has been my way of connecting with the community since day one. I love making stuff for people to enjoy and bringing everyone together. I’m excited to see everything this new Events program brings to Habbo Origins. Let’s have fun!
Jaguar (Origins BR - JaguarEC)
I’m Jaguar, a passionate Habbo Origins player. You’ve probably seen me around on Discord or remember my signature monochrome look and my round glasses. I love entertaining the community with events, whether weekly activities or full maze challenges, I always create them with a lot of love for all of you. I’m excited about this new version of the Event Creators, and I’ll see you all around! 😉
ℹ️ Note: all members will create official games and events using tradelocked accounts.
HOW TO GET INVOLVED
Our current Event Creators listed above were chosen based on proven experience we picked up on in-game or via social media. Each member was carefully chosen based on prior experience with the previous Creator Circle programme, or a strong history of creating or streaming games and events for the Origins hotels.
Although we are not looking to expand the team further at this moment, we urge interested Habbos to continue making your activities known on X (tagging @HabboOrigins) and in our official Discord.
