Added pop-up on the first menu load, asking to pick a difficulty pre-set
Added new setting "Use Juice Mechanic", when set to disabled:
Juice timer does not appear during station exploration phase
Buying juice is disabled
Juice doesn't display in UI of Map View
All events that give or decrease juice use money instead
The "Use Juice Mechanic" has been added as one of the most common complains is that said mechanic is too stressful, which is valid, so now you can customize your experience however you like! :D
