Added a new billboard generation system that allows you to pick your level for generating quests, even previous levels
This system can be accessed via a machine next to the billboards
New generator machine now tells you your previously hidden billboard statistics, including level, current billboard experience and experience needed to level up.
Each level up unlocks more monsters that can be generated as requests
Higher billboard levels now grant double the default medal rewards
Added this new system to each adventurer guild in every city
Fixed Fire Elementalist crashing if you engage a contractor after enabling the day system in the overworld and returning to it at nighttime
Adjusted some map encounters grass
Adjusted some spawn rates
