Dear Vyke Fans,
It's been a while! After a period of "meticulous packaging," we've finally given the game a stunning new look.
This update focuses on iterating the game's visual presentation, including the UI, character portraits, and item icons. Furthermore, we are optimizing the sound design to make your sneaking footsteps quieter and your customers' coin-dropping sounds louder!
Beyond these "cosmetic changes," we haven't forgotten to fix those bugs that have been causing trouble. We welcome everyone to play the brand-new version of Goblin Vyke: The Thief Tycoon and share your experience with us.
Here are the detailed update notes:
【Art & Sound Optimization】
Major improvement of the game's visual presentation, including UI, character portraits, and item icons.
Continued improvement of sound effects design.
【Content Optimization】
Optimized the loot logic when stacking bodies: Corpses that have already been interacted with will automatically move to the bottom layer, making way for other untouched corpses to be looted.
Changed the shortcut key for Dashing from Q to Alt for easier operation.
【Bug Fixes】
Fixed a bug where the effect of the daily market price changes disappeared after loading a save.
Fixed a bug that caused items to be wrongly duplicated when closing and reopening the backpack.
Fixed a bug where grease could not be used under certain circumstances.
Fixed a bug where hiring Dummy for 1 Gold prevented negotiating wages with other job applicants.
In addition, to help everyone have a smoother early game experience, we've added a new dialogue option: "Test The Water," which is hidden along the mandatory path to the Golden Dungeon. As for the exact location—well, that's a trade secret! Jump into Vyke's world and seek it out!
