Vehicles can now be heard from a greater distance

Fixed an issue with the first-person camera inside vehicles
Fixed an issue where vehicle positions updated only after ~10 seconds
Fixed vehicle tires sinking too deep into the ground
Reduced overall vehicle sound volume
Fixed a bug with double doors
Fixed an issue where resources (trees, bushes) were no longer respawning
Server Admins
No wipe required.
Recommended: Update servers & clients to v0.1.5.
