I've added a public beta branch to use so I could easily test it on other devices and I saw no reason not to make it public. I also plan to use it for when in the final steps of adding new languages.
Bug Fixes
Fixed the fullscreen and windows mode bug not working properly when closing and reopening the game.
Small tweak to how the time is registered for one of the game's features.
The straw hat should properly load in the preview in the outfit change UI if Elfie is wearing it when first loading the game.
Pressing the hotkeys for the shovel and camera will release the block the player is currently holding, if any.
Achievements for the ABC and finding all outfits should now properly unlock.
Language
Small changes to some lines Spanish (Spain) localization and Japanese.
Fixed some typos.
Gameplay Changes
The game now recognizes the quarter circle and small square mix. This should resolve the issue for level 4.08.
I apologies for the slower patch for these fixes. The past week has been a bit harder to balance in terms of fixing things and needing to promote the game. I believe the version is currently stable but I did want to test it a bit longer so it isn't currently on the default branch. I may also decide to add other fixes that I find important before making it live.
I have taken note of the following issues that have yet to be fixed as they were taking longer than expected to implement or that require more investigating:
Started work recognizing on the cheese slice blocks stacking. Not yet completed.
Bucket swap bug has been hard to reproduce. Need more time.
Graphics settings change after initial setup resetting. Known but lower priority.
Uncommon crash experience by some players. Rare thus harder to test. Potentially due to Godot version bug.
And more recent bug reports also include:
Different bugs related to the 4th camera view unlocked. Reported that one involves a crash so this may get higher priority.
Double blocks having unintended placement or buggy behaviour.
To report any bugs you encounter, please feel free to post in the Bug Reports sub forum.
Update: Patch 1.0.2 is live on the default branch! Apologies for the wait!
BitSummit is over now, so I will be able to start looking into the more recently reported issues.
