NOLYN HERE! The moment's you've all been waiting for. Dr. Scott.
The Original Art
So, Scott’s redesign is kinda funny. On the surface, it doesn’t look like a huge change, but in practice? It’s a massive shift. I've said it before, I'll say it again - I'm not an artist. Always had a mad scientist in mind, and although the original does showcase the MAD part for sure, I'm not sure about the distinguished scientist part.
Final Design
Again, god bless Sorahn he really knocked all of these out of the park. There is madness, there is science and there is a distinguished gentleman element I was aiming for. The moustache and a goatee is just the prefect touch.
…And that’s the last design showcase I’ve got for you! Hopefully it was funny, a little interesting, and gave you a peek at how things shift and grow over the course of the game’s design.
If you wanna see more, you can find it on Sorahn's X account!
It’s wild how small tweaks, weird accidents, or just having the right person on the team can completely change how a character lands. Thanks for sticking around, and for enjoying the ride with me, it's been a crazy one.
