Hey everyone,
First of all: thank you all who played our game at launch, reported issues, sent crash logs, and gave feedback.
We know some of you experienced serious crashes and technical problems during the first days after release. That launch experience did not meet the standard we wanted to deliver, and we completely understand the frustration around it.
Over the last days we focused entirely on stability and performance fixes. We’ve now deployed multiple patches addressing the major crash causes and improving overall reliability across a wide range of hardware configurations. This has been our highest priority, and we’ll continue monitoring reports closely and patching remaining issues as quickly as possible.
To everyone who stuck with us through a rough launch: thank you. Your reports and patience genuinely helped us improve the game faster.
If you tried the game during launch and ran into technical problems, we hope you’ll consider giving it another try now that these fixes are live. And if your review was based on the launch issues, we’d really appreciate you revisiting your experience after the latest updates.
We’re committed to supporting the game long term and making it the experience it should have been on day one.
Thank you again for the support,
Zinktank Labs
