🎴 NEW: Discard Button in Battles
Battles just got more flexible.
• Added a Discard button during card battles.
• If you run out of mana and your hand is full of mana-only cards, you can now discard them.
• This helps you make room for usable cards and keeps battles flowing smoothly.
📘 Kana Theory Improvements
Learning kana is now clearer and deeper.
Hiragana Theory Book
• 2 new pages added:
→ つ vs っ (small and big "tsu") is read and used
Katakana Theory Book
• New art throughout the book
• Added lessons on:
→ ツ vs ッ (small and big "tsu") is read and used
→ The long vowel mark ー (sound & meaning)
→ Small kana notes: ァ、ィ、ェ、ォ
→ Katakana onomatopoeia introduction
• A new Kana (Hiragana and Katakana) Reading section is planned.
→ You can already start reading practice in the School Library / Book Room
→ Look for the section labeled “Kana”, perfect for learners who already know the basics.
(Kana books will continue to receive updates!)
🧭 Better Onboarding for New Players
Getting started is now a little smoother and clearer.
• Improved guidance when:
→ Learning hiragana & katakana
→ Editing your deck
→ Managing your inventory
• Press F to view and use items:
→ Hover over items to read details
→ Drag the menu to your preferred position
→ Move important items to bottom slots for quick access using #1,2,3 etc. as shortcuts
❄️ NEW HOLIDAY CARD: ゆきだるま
A seasonal addition has arrived!
• New card added to the second card shop:
→ ゆきだるま (Yukidaruma) = Snowman
Note:
Depending on your save file and past progress, new cards may only appear in a new playthrough for some players.
This is being actively worked on, sorry for the inconvenience! More details and fixes coming in a future update.
🎵 NEW Study Music & Title Track
More focus, less fiddling.
• Added 2 new chiptune study playlists
• Removed random short mixed-style tracks
• You can now study for 10–20 minutes without needing to go back and change songs
• New cozy, homey Title Song composed by:
→ Lavisintheair ✨
🈶 Kanji Update: #71–80
• Added 60 new example sentences
• Covers Kanji 71–80
• More kanji content already in progress 🔧
