-Local is now limited to 100m distance.
-Local is Restricted to the same species of dino for carnivores only. For herbivores it is cross-species.
Changed: Default chat channel is now local instead of global because people don't know how to switch chat channels very well.
New: Server Option bServerExperimental which enables experimental dinosaurs.
Fixed: Several Compile errors caused by the 4.12 upgrade.
Improved: Dinosaur AI. They will be enabled in the expermental server option soon.
Fixed: Several Errors with the WIP Map.
