In the update #4 we added Leagues Editor and support of modifications. At the moment, players created 10 leagues in Steam Workshop. Plus more leagues are hidden.
Except real leagues (which are quite good), I’d like to mention creative approach in FIA F1 football teams. However, there are other interesting leagues as well.
If you want to play in the league made by other players, subscribe on any modification in Steam Workshop, start a new game and when you need to choose a league to play, click “Modified leagues”.

However, even without the guide the process is quite simple.
After creating your league, do not forget to change the visibility settings if you want other players to play your modification.
In the next updates, we are going to add new features to Leagues editor. In the closest plans, we are going to improve the interface of the editor to make it easier to change the positions of the teams in the leagues. Additionally we are going to add the possibility to upload your *.png logotypes to the clubs.
