We have listened to your feedback, and we want to offer you the best possible gaming experience.
For this reason, we have officially decided that Asetroid Forward will become a free-to-play game with no in-app purchases on all available platforms starting from Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 6:00 PM (CET). The change will be applied by downloading a free update (version 1.1.0), which will be available shortly.
It will not be possible to continue playing Asteroid Forward without downloading the update.
We will adopt a different business model in the near future, implementing completely optional, non-intrusive, and infrequent advertisements within the game (viewing them will grant rewards in return), in order to ensure an excellent gaming experience for players and allow us to keep the game active.
All Aquanium Gems obtained by players through in-app purchases will be retained, as well as those obtained through in-game rewards. However, it will no longer be possible to purchase Aquanium Gems starting from the date and time indicated above.
The Forward Pass and the Shop have been kept and will remain accessible indefinitely.
For this reason, we have drastically increased the amount of Aquanium Gems obtainable from the Astronaut treasures, allowing players to more easily obtain cosmetic items from the Shop and the Forward Pass.
We want to make Asteroid Forward a long-lasting and accessible game over time, and we want to ensure that it does not require too many interventions on our part, so that we can keep the game active with new content without the risk of having to shut down the servers.
Thank you for your continued support, and we hope you will continue to have fun with Asteroid Forward!
