Hello, every hero!
Today, we'd like to share an update with everyone: after careful discussion, our team has decided to stop updates for the Demo and focus all of our development efforts on the Early Access version instead. As a result, the current Demo will be taken down today.
Since the Demo debuted, we've received invaluable suggestions from players across the world, and we've carefully read and noted every single one. Our heartfelt thanks to all of you—your support and feedback have given Safeguard Saga the strength to continue on its journey.
At the same time, we also want to be upfront with everyone: while preparing the Early Access version, we've made substantial adjustments to the game's core systems and overall direction. As things stand, the game's underlying structure is already quite different from the Demo. Keeping the Demo online could lead to issues such as save incompatibility and inconsistencies in the gameplay experience, which may ultimately hurt everyone's enjoyment of the game.
With that in mind, we've decided to take the Demo offline for now and devote all of our efforts to developing the Early Access version, so that when you step into the game again, you'll be greeted by a more complete and smoother experience. The Early Access version is now in full development, and its release date will be announced at a later time. Please stay tuned.
We believe this temporary farewell is only to make our next meeting even more memorable. When we return, we hope to welcome you with a richer, more complete world and an even better experience.
Once again, thank you all for your continued patience, understanding, and support. We'll meet again in the Jianghu.
