Hello, Pilots!
Today, we’re happy to announce and reveal the store page for our FPV drone action game: Drone District! After months of development and playtesting with a group of FPV enthusiasts we believe we’re on an advanced enough stage to show you what we’ve got. Better yet - you’ll be able to take our game for a test flight yourself. In the following week, the last week of July, we’ll be releasing our very first public DEMO on Steam, so make sure you follow Drone District and add it to your wishlist, so you won’t miss it!
View game pageWe are Super Duper Vibes, a collective of indie developers who formed a common brand to work together on games that evoke that feeling of super-duper fun our inner child enjoys the most. A few of us fly FPV drones in real life so making a game like Drone District was one of the most obvious choices. What do we want to achieve with it? To quote the store page:
Flying FPV drones in real life may not be an easy passion to pick up. But neither was skateboarding. Yet, a game like Tony Hawks Pro Skater came out and gave thousands of people an impulse to jump on a real-life skateboard. We want Drone District to be that game for future FPV pilots!
If you’re feeling social and would like to keep close tabs on the development, we cordially invite you to join us in our Super Duper Discord. Hang out with us, give us feedback, and get a chance to see what else we are cooking up. For that last reason you can also join us on BlueSky, and follow us on YouTube and TikTok.
Please let us know what is your first impression of Drone District, and see you soon in the demo!
Many safe landings,
Super Duper Team
