Dear Community,
We are implementing emergency maintenance due to ongoing instability with certain AWS API services that is affecting our infrastructure.
Impact: This AWS service disruption has caused player authentication failures and gameplay issues across all servers.
Maintenance Schedule:
Start Time: 08:45 PDT
Expected Duration: Approximately 30 minutes
Services Affected: All game servers and authentication services
Our team is deploying server-side updates to bypass the affected AWS API services. During this maintenance window, the game will be unavailable and players currently in-game will be disconnected. No data loss is expected.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this third-party service issue and thank you for your patience.
