The full game world is now finished and includes four distinct biomes and a meteorite field that serves as the starting area. Today I want to present the plant biome to you.
The Plant Biome
The plant biome is characterized by lush vegetation on planets and dense fog in the background.
There is a space station hidden somewhere in the biome, occupied by pirates. On top of that, these guys will make your mission especially dangerous.
The water planet adds variety.
Mouse Movement Controls
The feedback I received the most was about the movement feeling hard to control. Many asked about the possibility to move the drill using the mouse, which I have added and will test in the next demo. I hope this will make the controls more accessible. Previous control methods will continue to be available as an alternative.
