Added component quality: components now have quality levels that will play a key role in future updates, including the upcoming QA Tester role and bug system.
Introduced employee modifiers: productivity and work speed now vary based on each employee’s skills and seniority.
Reworked the tier requirements system: employees now make personal requests instead of facing restrictions. Fulfilling these requests grants speed bonuses rather than penalties.
Added object modifiers: certain objects now provide productivity or speed bonuses.
