Patch V00.03.0046

- Fixed a bug where players could get stuck in level 10 when getting up while trying to crawl through a spot.
- Changed the level 9 platform to only start moving after the player jumps on it + to reset on player death.
- Fixed finishing level 10 leading you to respawn in level 10.
