Bug Fixes:
-Re-added optimize to equipment menu (somehow got turned off)
-Fixed the last known pathing error (parking lot cars)
-Fixed menu alignment
Additions:
-Deeper character customization (16 total skins to choose from - 4 for each race - 2 male, 2 female)
-Added some more trash and debris around the city map
-Added anonymous face set
-Made where players enter special names more obvious (pop up text description)
Resource Toolkit Purchasers:
-All new skins and the new faces have been added to the resource toolkit dlc folder
Deluxe Edition Purchasers:
-All game art is now in the digital deluxe edition dlc folder
