Crisis Averted. The achievement problems we had earlier have been fixed and the game has been updated to compensate everyone for the issues. This issue should NOT happen again. I have made sure everything is solid.
Update 1.8.8 Change Log:
Bug Fixes:
-Fixed the steam achievement issue that came up with the most recent steam update
-Tested the flexability and functionality of the new steam integration fix to make sure this bug will not happen again.
Additions & Changes:
-Added antibiotics to the game
-Added more items to the loot tables
-Updated shop listings
-Added slam attack for ghouls
-Changed icons for all ammunition types to make them more easily recognizable
-Dust storms (beware the radioactive dust)
NOTE: Game saves will not work with this update.I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience. Steam removed some files that WW was depending on. They are aware of this and will not be doing that again until after consulting with their developers.
The Awareness DLC is also being updated so you'll all have a chance to see some of the new stuff to look forward to in the upcomming Deliverance DLC!
As an even bigger apology compensation, the Deliverance DLC will be 25% off for the launch week instead of 10% off.
