Update 1.8.9 Change Log:
Changes & Additions:
-Delayed time between receiving the radiation status in a dust storm from immediate to 3 seconds (lowered radiation obtained from dust storms)
-Reduced morale of ALL common enemies significantly (combat will feel more realistic now and enemies will flee more often)
-Changed the end game handling screen(instead of game over, it will return you to the main menu)
