To clarify:
Eco-Center: A self sufficient compound that has a clean water and food source as well as a power source. Either being wind turbines or solar panels or any other energy source. This basically mixes the others together and creates a balance.
Warehouse: A well-stocked warehouse that has stored supplies to sustain life but without a renewable supply source, survival is limited.
Bunker: An underground bunker that has supplies that can allow survival. It is made of concrete and reinforced steel that protect it from intruders but without a renewable supply source, survival is limited.
Farm: A farm that has a food source and even a water source but will need to be protected against dirty water contaminating the fields. It is in the open so attacks will be harder to defend against.
