SEASON'S END
The very first season of Gremlins, Inc. – the Autumn Season – has ended on December 15 at 12:00 GMT. We applaud everyone who competed for the top spots on the ranked ladder, and from the bottom of our engineering hearts we congratulate the winners, who will today receive the last big shipment of :pumpking: limited-edition pumpkin chests (place | award | name | season rating):

To place the victory of these players in some perspective: during the Autumn Season, there were a total of 20,410 active players in the game. So to score a Top 10 result is truly an achievement worthy of the Governor of Governors!
PUMPKIN CHESTS
Following the autumn season's end, the pumpkin chests will no longer drop in the game. The next time they will appear: September 2017. Yes, a long way! But there is one exception: if you own a Pumpkin Chest Blueprint, then you are able to keep crafting the pumpkin chests regardless of the current season. So either through your own blueprint, or via a trade with someone who has one and will keep crafting those chests, you may still be able to find certain autumn items – in your Inventory or via Steam Community Market.
AUTUMN SEASON: STATS
Finally, we know that all of you love numbers (otherwise, how can you win in this game?) – so here's the stats for the Autumn Season, i.e. between October 27 and December 15 (about 6 weeks in total):
- There were a total of 20,410 active players in the game (current owners, across all platforms: a bit over 55,000). About half of active players focused solely on single-player games, from the other half 70% competed in ranked sessions with 30% playing mostly private multiplayer sessions with their friends.
- There were a total of 29,575 chest drops. The rarest item in the game right now: Champion's Trail (less than 100 items in the game at the moment). Other rare items (very few made it to the market, most were activated by their owners): Pumpkin-o-mat, The Governor of Governors, Blueprint of Regular Gremlin Chest and Blueprint of Pumpkin Chest.
- The top 6 regions by their share of active players were: :firstplace: 27% – Russia :firstplace: 19% – China :firstplace: 14% – USA :firstplace: 06% – Japan :firstplace: 05% – France :firstplace: 04% – Ukraine
WHAT'S NEXT?
The Winter Season is just around the corner, and will hit the clockwork town before this weekend is over – with new items, new visuals and new cards.
The same update will also bring Steam Workshop (modding support) as well as Black Market (with its first 3 quirky items).
A major 6-player tournament that has been scheduled for today, is moving to December 22 – so that we can make sure that the recent build of the game does not require any more hotfixes.
And the special New Year's Eve duel tournament will kick off on December 29.
