This character is so secret that he doesn't even have a location of his own. Yes, this is the Secret Agent.

Everything related to this mysterious gremlin is either a rumour or a state secret. It is impossible to confirm whether he actually exist or not, and it is quite possible that he is nothing but an invention of the souvenir salesmen, who turn quite a profit selling to tourists the always popular Mr. Y's Famous Hat, Mr. Y's Famous Mask and Mr. Y's Famous Trench-coat.
