I'm excited to share that Exit Strategy is slipping into Steam Next Fest with a playable demo! 🔥
🧠 The demo lets you build your own chaotic office escape using:
🧱 Walls (even with vent crawl spaces!)
📦 Copiers, cubicles, paper boxes, lockers
☕ Coffee makers, water coolers, and a very stinky microwave
🧍 HR patrol points — and yes, they will report you to the boss
🎯 Your objective?
➡️ Make it to the elevator
💸 Optional bonus: Grab your paycheck on the way out
😬 Just don’t let anyone catch you crawling through a vent again…
🧰 Demo Features:
✅ Level editor with click/drag-and-drop tools
✅ One helpful coworker in green who might cause a distraction
✅ Steam Workshop support for uploading and playing community-made maps
✅ Environmental sabotage — create chaos, then escape it!
📅 When?
🗓️ During Steam Next Fest
📍 Right here on the store page: Exit Strategy on Steam
If you’ve ever dreamed of quitting early without getting written up by HR, this one’s for you. 😎
💚 Please wishlist Exit Strategy — it really helps a solo developer like me!
🎮 And don’t forget to check out the free demo during #SteamNextFest.
Thanks for the support — can’t wait to see how you escape.
👋 Stay sneaky,
— Kevin
