Welcome back to the Pendulum Meadows Gazette. The Steam Summer Sale has been in full swing, and I hope you managed to snag something you'd been circling for a while — you know the feeling, the one you keep hovering over but never quite commit to. I did my own damage this week, no regrets. But sales come and go. What stays is the work, and this week the work went well. So settle in — I've got good news to share, same as always.

#1 Level Polishing — Tier 3 Lineup : I polished four more levels this week, all from the Tier 3 lineup. This tier is where the difficulty starts to climb — syncopation, split-letter generation, the kind of rhythm that trips you up if you're not paying attention. My job here was a balancing act: let that challenge come through honestly, but never let it spike into something unfair. I got granular with it this time. One example — the moments where you have to press two inputs at once got repositioned, spaced out so they land cleanly instead of tangling your fingers. Small change, big difference in how it feels. Look forward to it.
#2 Two New Social Videos : Last week I put out two videos on social media. It's been a while since I made original content, and I had a genuinely good time with it. Here's the thing — I care less about selling copies than I do about getting the vision across. I want to hand the people who love games a doorway: to mine, sure, but to all the indie gems sitting just out of sight, too. That's the whole point. I'll keep iterating, keep reading the feedback, and keep making these better one by one.

This week, four games that ask you to stay a while and dig.
View game pageAbout Fishing : Still water, a quiet line. Each catch pulls up something the lake would rather have kept — and the calm only holds until you decide to go deeper. (Link)
View game pageAmbroise Niflette & the Gleaned Bell : A toy village frozen since its bell was stolen. Notebook in hand, you weigh twenty alibis and press until one lie finally cracks. (Link)
View game pageMoss: The Forgotten Relic : A tiny mouse looks to you across a kingdom swallowed by moss. You bend the world so she can walk it — and what waits at the end is the bond you built to get there. (Link)
View game pageThe Life and Suffering of Prince Jerian : Born heir where cruel gods seal every fate at birth. Every ruling costs you something, and the crown may hollow you out before you ever reach the throne. (Link)
Each of these hands you a world that already carries its own weight — you don't skim it, you sink into it. None of them are out yet, so a wishlist now is time well spent. More of them waiting on My curator page

More polishing ahead — that work isn't slowing down. My focus right now is making sure each level holds its own identity: the way it sits in the lineup, the feel of its music, the visual mood it carries. I want all three to line up and sing together. I'll keep grinding at it. And I'll keep hunting for good games, of course — turns out there are far more worth finding than I ever expected.

Next week brings the Steam Social Deduction Fest (July 13–16). If hidden roles and quiet betrayals are your thing, there'll be plenty to sink into — I'm looking forward to it myself. I'll be back next week, same as always, with development news and a fresh handful of good games. Take care until then.
