12/15/25 Hotfix

Hi Captains!

We're releasing a hotfix today to address two issues:

1. Save file migration error when updating the game.

2. Dialogues appearing in battle if you're talking to a quest NPC in overworld ocean navigation and an enemy without a conversation activates an encounter.
