8.21 Major Game Revision Update

Fixes:

1. Fixed the issue where subsequent rune icons cannot be viewed by dragging when there are many runes in the rune backpack, synthesis, or reforging interfaces.

2. Fixed the issue where the weapon icon appears at the bottom of the screen.
