Woohoo!
It's my pleasure to announce v0.7 is out!
This took a lot of work, and I'm sure there will be some huge patch notes in like a day or two to resolve all the crazy changes and possible issues.
However, I think this one really pulled through and has greatly improved the game content.
New Changes:
Palette swap for aquarium/seasons.
Hatman! Unlocked from completing the Cave quests.
Taxes after first spring.
Raids for rejecting taxes.
New music for spring/summer.
Sonny: a creepy ghost dude.
Crafting menu enhanced.
New Crafting Recipes.
Aquarium upgrade.
Puddle Monsters.
Heat waves.
Imp monsters.
Working out (Bench press).
Sprinklers.
Wood/Stone Walls to place.
Lots of decoration.
More Fish.
Fire.
Lots of bug fixes.
Probably lots of bugs added as well. Just how it goes when you add lots of features.
What I'm working on now:
Bugs and issues. I want to make sure everyone is happy with the state of the game.
More Festivals! I wanted this to get into 0.7, but other things took priority.
Multiplayer. I plan to release multiplayer soon (Next week?). After lots of testing.
More monsters: I saw a lot of feedback last week on cool monster ideas; I plan on implementing as many as I can in the near future!
Fixing these darned wall placement issues. I made the tiling too simple, and it needs something more complex.
I'll try to wrap up Multiplayer and move onto the remaining checklist.
One thing I have heard a lot is more desire to customize the Player. I purposefully made the Player extremely "minimal". I don't think it would hurt to modify shirt/pants/shoe color as well as add some new outfits, hats, and wigs?
I am looking forward to the "v0.75" update with more Festivals, monsters, and Player outfits.
Thank you, guys!
