The achievements I've added are:
Kill 5 enemies using the knife
Kill 10 enemies using the knife
Finish the game using only the knife
Finish the game without raising your health
Finish the game without taking any damage
Each difficulty level will have their own set of these achievements.
I've also made it so the enemies move around the levels better. They no longer get stuck while
chasing the player.
