True wisdom lies not in knowing all the answers, but in knowing which card to play at the crucial moment.
The Steam October Next Fest is in full swing! As an indie developer passionate about strategic competitive games, I'm thrilled to announce that our labor of love, Elf Clash, is officially participating in this event, and the playable demo is available for download. This is a competitive game that deeply blends real-time strategy with card skills. Carrying the dream of creating a quality title, we hope to meet fellow players at this festival dedicated to games.
Why We're Here: Co-creating a Quality Game with Players at Next Fest
The Steam Next Fest provides an excellent stage for indie developers like us, offering a chance to showcase our work directly to players and gain invaluable early feedback. This festival runs from October 13th to October 20th.
For a small team, every demo play and every Wishlist addition is tremendous encouragement and helps build an audience for the game's future launch on Steam.
Game Highlights: Where Strategic Cards Meet Real-Time Arena
The core of Elf Clash lies in the perfect blend of "strategy" and "reaction." While heroes auto-attack, your role as the commander is to seize critical moments by playing the right skill cards to turn the tide of battle.
Its signature unique projectile collision mechanic ensures that fired projectiles interact in real-time mid-air, creating unpredictable trajectories. This makes each duel full of variables, where victory often hinges on your quick-witted adaptations.
Featuring a 3v3 hero battle format, the game focuses on player decisions, precise operations, and team coordination rather than numerical superiority. You can combine various defensive and offensive skills to build your unique tactical suite.
A Small Team's Big Dream: The Path of Continuous Updates
As a small development team, we are committed to a path of continuous iteration and enrichment based on player feedback. The current demo offers substantial content, and we pledge to regularly introduce new cards to constantly evolve the tactical landscape, truly growing together with the community.
