Hello everyone! This update brings you the last Christmas update and contains some much needed updates, polish and fixes.
Added several significant optimizations to the networking code to improve lag and other multiplayer related issues.
Overhauled the bait interaction logic. Picking up bate should now feel much faster, and bait won't enter a glitched state anymore.
Fixed an issue where when buying items as a client from the new merchant, clients would have their gold subtracted but not receive an item.
Fixed a bug where pears that were inside of a clam when loading a saved game would not have the proper value.
Fixed a bug where clams could delete a pearl on reloading a saved game Disabled the shark from killing players until the sound bugs have been fixed. Fixed a bug where the bowfin fish would have the wrong icon Fixed a bug where the cat would become glitched if the cat had a bait in its mouth when you went to sleep.
