Today, we have released an official Steam Input layout to provide partial controller support for the game.
This allows you to perform basic operations using various gamepads and the Steam Deck.

Left Stick: Move Cursor
A Button: Left Click
X Button: Close Text Box
Y Button: View Backlog
Hold L1/LB Button: Skip
You can also customize these bindings to your liking via the Steam Input settings.

Aiming with an analog stick can be difficult in the combat minigame, so we recommend using a mouse or touchscreen for these sections. Alternatively, if you wish to play through the entire game with a controller, please consider using the combat skip feature.
