Hello Human farmers,
It's been one whole month since my last devlog. A lot has been added since then and I cannot wait to show you guys. So let's begin...
New Farm Structure - Furnace
We have added a human shaped furnace into the game. This will help you bake bread and other bread related recipes. We are not revealing what those recipes are in order to not spoil the content. You will be able to build this structure from the building menu. It requires wood to craft any kind of recipe.
New Icons of Crafting Materials
...and plenty more.
Digging Mechanics
We have added shovel digging mechanics into the game. You can craft shovel on the wood workbench. Once the shovel is crafted, you can dig anywhere in the map and acquire various materials like Wheat, clay and quest related treasures as well.
Muscular Human
We are making cool animations for muscular humans in the game. Muscular human category will be used for labour work inside the game. They are not meant to be wasted on harvesting meat and other products. Their best use is to put them into labour work.
They will also be difficult to spot in the wild and they attack aggresively. Their behavior is very different from those skinny humans as skinny ones are mostly scared of us and don't attack but muscular humans will attack on sight. We are also changing some behavior for skinny humans as well, they will also start attacking once in some situations. This change is introduced to make the combat and encounters even difficult.
We also have new icons for our humans, we are replacing the previous icons.
That's it for the this month's content. Thank you for reading January's devlog!
It was a hell of a month but we can’t wait to push onwards into February. We eagerly await feedback during our time making demo and will work to add more content over the coming months.
Until next time,
- Yash Kaushik
