Greetings my fellow four-limbed friends,
Playtesting Starting Soon
We are pleased to announce that the closed playtest for Roadside Research will commence in the following weeks. We are eager to welcome you to the store, as much time has been spent on the perfect layout for your perusal. Customers love looking at shelves!
Demo after Playtesting
After the playtest, we will be launching a public demo for everyone to try. The demo will include:
A complete gas station with a main shopping area and lavatories, with a fueling station outside.
Items for you to stock items in, shelves, fridges, and other rectangular things.
Research items like cameras and trash cans. Perfectly normal things for our good customers.
Customer satisfaction is our priority. (No suit people please!)
Early Access!
In other news, we wanted to let you know that the game will be launching in Early Access this year. We plan on updating the game regularly with free bigger system-wide overhauls in between.
Why Early Access? Because we want YOU to help guide our research. We’ve already added community requests like the “How Many Toes Should an Alien Have” setting… who knows what you’ll suggest next?
Join the Discord
We are currently running a community event where members can draw their very own masks ahead of launch. Some can even be put in game after! Click here to join the Discord.
