1. Updated battle tooltips so it matches development screen descriptions.

Fixed a broken link in "Data mightier than the ship"/"Researcher's Escort" side mission, different scenes should now play out depending if you collected all data or not, or if the researcher ship gets destroyed. We'll also implement some checks so all battles in the future are guaranteed to be linked together.
3. Limited spawn count on some stages where you're expected to leave the area.
4. Updated mission 3 part 1 units so they're working as intended.
5. Fortuna's perk won't be affecting shields as per description. Regeneration rate unchanged.
