Hey guys, Adam here!~
We’ve reached the end of the road! The final devlog for Gumball in Trick-or-Treat Land is live. Watch it from the link below:
For the grand finale, I’m breaking down how Act 3 came together, specifically the Seven Hallowed Patches. I wanted this last leg of the journey to feel more open-ended, so I packed it with weird boss fights and a few secrets that I’m hoping will catch you off guard.
I also reflect on the last stretch of development, including balancing spooky and silly tones, refining the game through playtesting, and adding postgame content for our completionists out there. ;) It’s a look back at how this project grew from early experiments into a complete Game Boy Color-style RPG.
Thank you so much for following along. I can’t wait for you to see how everything finally came together. ❤️
