Happy holidays! Welcome to a quick development update...
It's been a while! I hope you have been enjoying the demo.
Progress on CE:ROM has been going well. Chapter 2, comprising of six episodes, is mostly complete, and ground has been broken on Chapter 3.
...with a sneak peek of Chapter 2.
Here's a taste of what you can expect in the full game...
By the time the game is complete, you'll have six chapters to enjoy (totaling thirty-six main story episodes in all). And that's not even including challenge or bonus episodes! I hope you're looking forward to it as much as I am!
2025 recapped
It's been an exciting year for CE:ROM! In just the past few months:
The game was announced and listed right here on Steam!
The demo was released, with over 2,000 surgeons saving yet another Gray wolf car accident victim! (Maybe it's time to grind a few more leaderboard ranks?)
Over half of Chapter 2 was released as alphas (and the feedback already used to improve the game)!
There's still more to be done, and progress is ongoing. (Feel free to follow the game on Bluesky if you'd like to see more frequent updates!)
Thanks for your support!
As a solo developer, I really appreciate your interest in my game, and I hope you stick around for its completion (shooting for 2026)!
That's all for now, and Happy New Year!
