ːsteamhappyː Hi, how's it going? As always, I'm looking for ways to make changes to the game without affecting gameplay, but this time I wanted to bend the rules a bit and have introduced some special upgrades to each of the ships you pilot: Firebird, Galactic, Falcon, Prometeox, and Rookie.
ːsteamhappyː These upgrades will make it more fun and easier to destroy enemies. I've tried to balance the weapons, but some are better than others.
ːsteamhappyː The Prometeox ship used to require a special damage activation ability, but I wanted to do something different and added a passive ability that's always present without activation and gives your ship extra damage.
ːsteamhappyː Other minor changes include the combat drones; they now have a different design in the game and are positioned more elegantly; it's a bit more classic.
ːsteamhappyː Also, if you decide to skip the tutorial, I've increased the amount of experience it gives you by 30%, to make it easier to progress in the game.
ːsteamhappyː I've also decided to fill World 1 with firepower elements to make game progression easier and the first and second worlds less challenging. I think this allows for better ship positioning and makes continuing the adventure more enjoyable.
ːsteamhappyː Other minor changes include making the ship invincible after defeating the final boss of each world. Some players complained that they died after defeating the boss, only to be destroyed by stray projectiles on the map, which was a bit frustrating.
ːsteamhappyː The shop menu now displays your progress and the levels remaining to fully complete one of the ship's masteries.
