BUG FIXES
- fixed bug where playes where players would not be prompted to respawn if their ship gets destroyed and they log out (or crash) before respawning
- fixed bug where game would crash in respawn menu upon selecting a respawner

- Servers will need to be updated and restarted, no rebuilds required
