FUNCTIONALITIES
- new console command to find a ship in a system
- new console command to teleport a player to a ship in a system
type help in console to see commands
- now logging more data about ships moving through rifts
BUG FIXES
- removed debug spam about threads in console (no MOAR THREAT)
- fixed an issue with the salvager screen that would crash the game
NOTES
Servers can be updated and restarted to get the new commands, not required.
