BALANCE
- Changed tier of Torpedo Launchers to tier 0, resource cost:
- 500 Steel
- 125 Copper
- 1500 Iron
- Rebalanced torpedo damage and resource cost, and added improved torpedo.
- Standard torpedo damage increased from 2500 to 3000, recipe changed, is now:
- 40 Iron
- 30 Steel
- 60 Nitrous Oxide
- Improved torpedo damage 4500, recipe:
- 40 Brass
- 30 Steel
- 60 Nitrous Oxide
- Advanced torpedo base damage increased from 2500 to 5000, recipe unchanged.
- Changed recipe and damage of rail gun ammo:
- Standard Rail Gun Ammo damage from 200 per tick for 20 ticks to 250, recipe:
- Advanced Rail Gun Ammo damage from 2000 per tick for 20 ticks to 2500, recipe:
- 75 Tungsten
- 5 Titanium
- 60 Carbon
- Repair Gun now uses Carbon instead of Silicon in its recipe
UI
- Reworked mission UI
- Missions can now be found on your GRIP
- Missions can be individually toggled to be active
- The HUD only shows bullet points and direct objectives
- Added new pop up system to cover mission updates and advancements
- Tweaked color and borders of GRIP screen to increase readability of content
- Reworked options and server options menu
- Reworked in-game options menu
- Options can now be reset to defaults
- Added advancements tab to the GRIP, gives credits & reputation as reward for small objectives that are completed. (Popups can be disabled)
- Markers now fade out when you are close to them
- Added ability to highlight UI buttons
- Tutorials now start with a popup with a short description
- Players are now prompted to complete at least one tutorial if they haven't done so
- New hover labels when players look at devices, these show the device name, the interaction key, and in some cases a key to go to the encyclopedia case, more to be added. (Parts of this can be disabled)
BUG FIXES
- Fixed mail sound being in the "SFX" group instead of the "UI" group
- Fixed some sounds being queued play while in the editor
- Bullet materials no longer update every frame (Performance)
- Cache some components in bullets so we don't need to request them every frame (Performance)
- Fixed colored text not working in loading screen
- Fixed a server side login error that could occur when reconnecting after disconnecting before finishing the previous login attempt
- Fixed a client crash that could occur when opening the map on a terminal just when the ship was destroyed (This was worked around a while ago, but the added logging has now resulted in us being able to properly fix it)
- Fixed a client crash that could occur when pressing the ship stats firewall overview button at the exact moment the ship was destroyed
- Fixed a crash when an offline player would be sent a mail.
- Removed corrupt textures that would still try to load but were unused
- Fixed a crash when upgrading ships
- Fixed a bug where upgraded ships would not be send to clients correctly
NOTES
- Servers need to be updated.
- If your preferred server has not updated yet, you can switch to the 'previous' branch until it has updated

- what server you were on
- The name of your ship
- The system you were rifting from
- The system you were rifting to
