BUG FIXES
- fixed a bug where unobtanium would be used by drones and missions
- drones can now mine quartz
- fixed a bug where loading an empty config would cause issues
- fixed main menu not updating after coming back from the game
- fixed bug where the game would incorrectly size the labels of the resources in the editor when all resources were being used
- fixed crashing when re-entering GameCPP (fixes missile bug)
NOTES
- servers will need to be updated and restarted to be able to join them
