- added log messages for player deaths
- performance logging is now done at the end of a frame instead of during a frame

- fixed manned turret weapon direction (would only shoot forward)
- fixed manned turret graphics offsets
- fixed a crash in the weapon profile editor
- fixed the error messages in the manned turret UI

- servers will need to be updated and restarted.
